MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide's 10 brands, launched its Global Online Shopping Mall, offering members throughout the world a chance to transform their HHonors points into exclusive merchandise and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The online mall, available at www.HHonors.com/Shopping, is the largest of its kind for the hospitality industry, containing more than 20,000 items, from high-end jewelry, toys and electronics, to helicopter tours and donation opportunities. Items can be purchased and shipped to more than 185 countries, regardless of where the Hilton HHonors shopper lives.

"Hilton HHonors members know they can redeem their points for complimentary stays at our more than 3,750 properties in 85 countries," said Jeff Diskin, senior vice president, global customer marketing, Hilton Worldwide. "But with the expansion of our HHonors Global Shopping Mall, we're giving members around the world the chance to go beyond just stays, to convert points into endless possibilities - whether it's an experience they've always wanted to have or a gift they've always wanted to give."

Upon entering, Hilton HHonors members will be prompted to choose their preferred shipping country catalog, many of which offer a choice of languages. Members will be able to choose a different shipping country catalog by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Non-members will also have access to the Global Shopping Mall to browse in the country and language of their choice. Only members, however, are able to complete transactions.

To purchase merchandise from the HHonors Global Shopping Mall with HHonors points, members can complete the transaction at http://www.HHonors.com/Shopping or via the country-specific toll-free numbers listed on the website. Merchandise must be purchased from the Shopping Mall country location that corresponds to where the product will be shipped. For example, if a purchase is being shipped to an address in China, that purchase must be completed through the China Shopping Mall.

Hilton HHonors prides itself on providing its members with thousands of redemption options. Within the past month, HHonors unveiled three additional room rewards, allowing members to redeem points for any room, anywhere, anytime. In addition to receiving the same exclusive program benefits of "Points & Miles" and "No Blackout Dates," the new reward products include:

  • Points & Money Rewards: Members can combine points with money to book a standard room.
  • Premium Room Rewards: For the first time, HHonors members can use their points to book premium rooms and suites at hotels worldwide, with no blackout dates. This new reward option opens up more than 200,000 additional rooms and suites that were previously unavailable for point redemption.
  • Room Upgrade Rewards: HHonors points can also now be used to upgrade an existing reservation to a premium room or suite at hotels worldwide, with no blackout dates.
