SHANGHAI - Today, Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide's 10 distinct hotel brands, announced its new alliance with Hainan Airlines' loyalty rewards program, the Fortune Wings Club. Members of both programs now have the opportunity to earn Fortune Wings Club miles and Hilton HHonors points when they stay at any of the more than 3,800 participating hotels within the Hilton Worldwide portfolio.
"We are committed to the China market, one of the fastest growing for Hilton Worldwide, and continuously look for new ways to reward Hilton HHonors members here," said Jeff Diskin, senior vice president, customer marketing, Hilton Worldwide. "Aligning with Hainan Airlines offers members more options to earn points and airline miles, free hotel stays, room upgrades, experience rewards and merchandise."
Through this alliance, Hilton HHonors members can earn 10 HHonors base points + 1 Fortune Wings Club mile for every dollar spent during their stay at a Hilton Worldwide hotel (and ½ Fortune Wings Club mile at Home2 Suites by Hilton properties). Hilton HHonors points also can be exchanged for miles, with 25,000 points equaling 10,000 Fortune Wings miles.
"We are pleased to form this alliance with Hilton HHonors, a distinguished leader of hotel guest loyalty programs," said Li Yan, general manager, Fortune Wings Club. "Aligning with Hilton HHonors ensures that our members will have an outstanding travel experience from start to finish."
