Hilton HHonors, the award-winning guest-loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide's 10 distinct hotel brands, offers its 34 million members more ways to earn and redeem points than any other guest-loyalty program, enabling them to create experiences worth sharing at more than 3,900 hotels in 90 countries and territories.

HHonors members can now redeem points for any room, anywhere, anytime, including the most luxurious suites, using any of four room rewards: Premium Room Rewards, Room Upgrade Rewards, Points & Money Rewards and Standard Room Rewards. In addition, HHonors members can use points to purchase unique experience rewards, merchandise and vacation packages, make charitable contributions and more.

HHonors is also the only guest-loyalty program to offer ‘No Blackout Dates' and ‘Points & Miles' for the same stay at its properties worldwide, including participating Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree by Hilton, Embassy Suites Hotels, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Hotels, Homewood Suites by Hilton, Home2 Suites by Hilton and Hilton Grand Vacations.

  • Hilton HHonors recently surpassed a record 34 million members.
  • More than 2.9 million new members have joined the HHonors program in 2011, representing the largest enrollment year in the program’s history.

MEMBERSHIP EXPIRATION

Hilton HHonors points do not expire as long as members remain active in the program. To keep an account active, members can stay at one of Hilton Worldwide's hotels, or earn or redeem HHonors points within 12 months.

POINTS AND MILES

Hilton HHonors is the only program in the hotel industry to offer its members both hotel points and airline miles for the same hotel stay. Hilton HHonors members can "Double Dip," to earn both points and miles for the same stay, with more than 50 airlines.

Members can choose one of three possible Double Dip options:

  • Option 1: Points and Fixed Miles – 10 HHonors Base points per eligible dollar AND 5 HHonors bonus points per eligible dollar
  • Option 2: Points and Variable Miles – 10 HHonors Base points per eligible dollar AND 1 mile per eligible dollar
  • Option 3: Points and Fixed Miles – 10 HHonors Base points per eligible dollar AND 500 miles per stay (100 miles per stay at select properties/brands)

The number of points earned with each stay varies per hotel and brand; however, members will earn 10 HHonors base points per eligible U.S. dollar charged to their hotel room (and telephone room service charges for select properties).

LEADING PARTNERSHIP NETWORK

HHonors has many unique industry-leading partnerships, offering members more ways to earn and redeem points, including:

  • Ten co-branded credit cards
  • More than 50 airline partners so members can earn points and miles
  • Fifteen merchandise partners along with the Hilton HHonors Shopping Mall which has several hundred merchandise items for redemption, including Gift cards, electronics, home goods and experiences 
  • Twenty-four charitable partners 

REWARDS

  • Hilton HHonors offers a wide variety of experiences and merchandise, providing its members thousands of rewards for the points they earn. In addition to complimentary hotel rooms, members can redeem their points for merchandise, experiences or to make charitable donations. Hilton HHonors has a wide variety of experiences and merchandise to offer, from gift certificates and dance lessons to televisions and sky-diving experiences.
  • There are more than 5,500 items/experiences in the HHonors rewards program ranging from a few thousand points to more than 2 million points. Ninety percent of those items have been redeemed, so there is something for everyone at every HHonors level. Eight-five percent of items in the shopping mall are on someone's Wish List, which reinforces the value of the wide award selection offered to HHonors members.
  • Based on HHonors data, Hilton HHonors members have been using their points more for merchandise and experiences. During the Holiday period of 2010, Hilton HHonors experienced record-breaking redemption for merchandise. November and December of 2010 were the best two months in the program's history- the purchase volume rose 47 percent and 1.1 billion points were redeemed in those two months alone.

    - Silver VIP = 4 stays or 10 nights
    - Gold VIP = 20 stays or 40 nights or 75,000 Base points
    - Diamond VIP = 30 stays or 60 nights or 120,000 Base points

NEW REWARDS

Benefits to HHonors Members: In addition to receiving the same exclusive program benefits of "Points & Miles" and "No Blackout Dates," the new reward products include :

  • Points & Money Rewards: Members can combine points with money to book a standard room. This is a great option for HHonors members who have not yet accumulated enough points for a free stay or prefer to save points for future free stays.
  • Premium Room Rewards: For the first time, HHonors members can use their points to book premium rooms and suites at hotels worldwide. This new reward option opens up more than 200,000 additional rooms and suites that were previously unavailable for point redemption. Members who select this reward option have more available rooms to choose from and can now stay in the portfolio's most spacious and luxurious rooms and suites. 
  • Room Upgrade Rewards: HHonors points can also now be used to upgrade on an existing reservation to a premium room or suite at hotels worldwide.

  • With Hilton HHonors, the more often members stay, the higher the status they'll achieve and the more perks they'll have access to. Members who earn Elite status - Silver, Gold or Diamond - enjoy HHonors point bonuses, free high-speed wireless, complimentary room upgrades (based on availability at the time of check-in), health club privileges and more. Members can earn and maintain elite tier status or move to a higher elite tier based on stays, nights, or Base points earned in any calendar year (January 1st through - December 31st). Members must re-qualify for elite status each calendar year.
